FIT Strategic Consulting, LLC creates individual giving strategies and systems that help nonprofits fundraise more efficiently and sustainably, leading to greater impact, happier donors, and a less stressed staff. We take the guesswork out of creating your first individual giving program (or troubleshooting one that isn’t getting results).
FIT stands for Framework, Individualization, Transformation. We are here to bust burnout while raising your individual giving revenue so you control the future of your mission. We do it using our tried-and-true Framework for Fundraising Sustainability.
We have years of using our framework to accelerate individual giving programs by building comprehensive strategies and systems for nonprofit organizations. No more moving from effort to effort, campaign to campaign. No more trying tactic after tactic to find that all the flashy new fundraising tools just let you down. We help clients fundraise more efficiently and sustainably. Pure and simple.

Kelly is a creative thinker, dynamic speaker, systems creator, and nonprofit champion who loves putting together the puzzle pieces to get your individual giving program running efficiently and sustainably.
Kelly started fundraising as a five-year-old, trying to change the world one bake sale at a time, and never stopped running fundraising campaigns through high school and college. She's been a professional fundraiser since 2009.
She created the FIT Framework for Fundraising Sustainability to teach nonprofits how to craft, build, and scale individual giving systems that banish burnout, allowing her clients to create greater impact, a less stressed staff, and happier donors.
With a heart for smaller, startup, and resource-restricted nonprofits, Kelly has developed a group coaching program that teaches her individual giving framework and provides hands-on support for a rate many small nonprofits can afford. She's in the business of helping new nonprofits thrive and make a big impact.
Kelly has a BA in Spanish (Literature) and International Studies (Political Communications) and an MA in Social Justice and Human Rights, with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. She's scaled an individual giving program from $300k to $1M in annual revenue in just four years, and she ran a capital campaign for a brand-new nonprofit that raised $250k in six months.
When she isn’t working with clients, Kelly spends her time running, whether that’s training for her next 10K race (a fundraising race, of course), keeping up with her young daughter, or playing with her rescue dog. When not running, you can find Kelly hiding in a cozy nook somewhere reading (just trying to get 10 minutes of quiet!).
