Kelly is a creative thinker, dynamic speaker, systems creator, and nonprofit champion who loves putting together the puzzle pieces to get your individual giving program running efficiently and sustainably.
Kelly started fundraising as a five-year-old, trying to change the world one bake sale at a time, and never stopped running fundraising campaigns through high school and college. She's been a professional fundraiser since 2009.
She created the FIT Framework for Fundraising Sustainability to teach nonprofits how to craft, build, and scale individual giving systems that banish burnout, allowing her clients to create greater impact, a less stressed staff, and happier donors.
With a heart for smaller, startup, and resource-restricted nonprofits, Kelly has developed a group coaching program that teaches her individual giving framework and provides hands-on support for a rate many small nonprofits can afford. She's in the business of helping new nonprofits thrive and make a big impact.
Kelly has a BA in Spanish (Literature) and International Studies (Political Communications) and an MA in Social Justice and Human Rights, with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. She's scaled an individual giving program from $300k to $1M in annual revenue in just four years, and she ran a capital campaign for a brand-new nonprofit that raised $250k in six months.
When she isn’t working with clients, Kelly spends her time running, whether that’s training for her next 10K race (a fundraising race, of course), keeping up with her young daughter, or playing with her rescue dog. When not running, you can find Kelly hiding in a cozy nook somewhere reading (just trying to get 10 minutes of quiet!).
